I worked with Brummel & Beuk Makelaars, and from the moment I started the collaboration to the moment I got the keys, it took only 2 months, during the summer! I chose this agency, per referral, because of their impeccable service. Djurre, who handled my file, took the time to thoroughly explain the Dutch real estate market and prepared me for the initial steps. As an expat, this was greatly appreciated. He supported me during all the visits and acted as an advisor on how to maximize the chances of having the right offer accepted. He also meticulously helped inspect the places, the technical documents and was always willing to go the extra mile to provide perfect service. He also have a great network with other makelaars company, as well as great network (e.g. Financial Advisor...) Danielle and Lucy were the quiet force in the background, always available via WhatsApp to help plan visits and ensure all documentation was in order, ready for making an offer at any time. All in all, it was a very smooth, rapid, and efficient experience with very nice and accessible professionals who truly focus on meeting your real needs. The results proved the value that B&B makelaar added as I have the keys of my dream place already!

Ik ken Jacco al een tijdje, in een ver verleden kwam ik met hem in contact als verkopende makelaar. Hij was toen al heel fijn om mee samen te werken, kwam met een creatief en goed plan om het een en ander op touw te zetten (het was niet een standaard kooptraject). Fast forward naar 2023, en toevallig kwam hij weer op mijn pad. Dit keer heb ik heb wel doelbewust aangesteld als aankoopmakelaar. Hij kon heel snel schakelen, en had een goed verhaal richting de verkoper. Binnen een week was er overeenstemming, voor een woning waarvan ik dacht dat hij buiten mijn bereik lag. Absoluut een aanrader.

Het is erg fijn om met Jacco samen te werken. Hij is voortdurend beschikbaar en geeft doeltreffend advies wat zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde samenwerking. Jacco heeft ervoor gezorgd dat alle aspecten van de aankoop helder zijn gecommuniceerd waardoor mijn verwachtingen duidelijk waren.
