Ze heeft ons geholpen met de bezichtiging en vervolgens met het uitbrengen van een passend bod. Dit heeft goed geholpen, want het eerste huis was gelijk raak! We zijn dankbaar voor alle tips die Colinda ons heeft gegeven en gaan nu volop genieten van onze nieuwe woning.

With so many properties in the market it is never easy to satisfy customer’s requirements that ticks almost all the box for the kind of house especially we were looking for. All credit goes to Hooijer makelaar for their super expertise and we are very much happy with their services. We have seen some makelaars that they commit to accompany customers to be there with them during the house visiting but they fail to appear during the appointment sometimes but Hooijer makelaar was excellent with their commitment and they were present with us each time without any concerns in the multiple visits of the other houses that we unsuccessful to purchase. They way Hooijer makelaar examines the details of the house at the time of visiting is commendable.
