I am one of those people who do not write reviews online. I was planning to do an exception for Charme even before I got email reminder from Funda. She is absolutely great person to work with. She is amazing agent with top level listening skills as well as information presenting skills. As expats we were in the same time very specific but also very general in what kind of house we are searching for and very inexperienced with dutch housing market. She handled us perfectly. In the complicated process of house purchase we did not have a single misunderstanding with her. She supported us when we failed to win a bid and also gave absolutely spot on advice during our negotiations on our winning bid. We would recommend her and iSee in a heartbeat to anybody who is searching for a buying agent.

It was an excellent coordination with Maklaar from beginning to negotiations and all other steps of buying . Thr price nogotiation was practical and seems to be win win situation for both saler and buyer . Despite his illness for few days there was no effect on pace of work . His dealing was thoroughly professional and upto the mark . I have language issues so he dealt properly in English language and guide me properly at each and every step
