Ik ben al jaren bekend bij Swaneveld Estate (voorheen Tonbos makelaardij). Vanaf het begin ben ik goed geholpen, communicatie was fijn en duidelijk en ze denken mee. Ik kon met alle vragen terecht. Ik heb niet veel verstand van al het computerwerk wat komt kijken bij het kopen van een huis, maar hier hebben zij mij volledig in ondersteund. Ze waren erg betrokken bij het hele proces. Al met al heb ik een fijne ervaring met Swaneveld Estate en heb ik uiteindelijk een mooi appartment binnen budget kunnen kopen. Met dank aan beide dames.

De makelaar is altijd bereikbaar via de telefoon/WhatsApp, vaak ook in de avond en in het weekend indien nodig. Ze zijn ook snel en lijken je de volle aandacht te geven als dat nodig is. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed.

Ik hou niet van belangrijke communicatie over de app, liever telefonisch/ persoonlijk contact. Na dit aangegeven te hebben ging de communicatie rechtstreeks en beter naar mijn zin.

Het contact met de makelaar ging erg goed. Deskundigheid is erg goed. Het kantoor is telefonisch goed te bereiken en ze neemt alle tijd voor je. Je kan ook naar binnen lopen als je dat wilt. Je vragen worden goed beantwoord en als er iets is wat ze op dat moment niet kan weten, gaat ze er gelijk achteraan. Haar collega zijn we ook goed over te spreken. Kortom een goed werkend team met veel deskundigheid en inzet.
