Het makelaarskantoor is zeer open/ vriendelijk en toegankelijk, die duidelijk en transparant zijn naar de klant.

I knew what I wanted, found it through Funda, and then needed it fast. Although I'm Dutch, I'm new in the Netherlands and heard it's not easy to get what you want. Ted Luijck was recommended to me, and with no further homework I took my chance with him. Two things gained my trust immediately: he said "for me (as in for himself) this is fun" with the respectful understanding that for me it's an investment, and secondly, we shared the cut-to-the-chase attitude. We met once just quickly in advance, then communicated briefly with absolute clarity, two days later he got me the apartment, two weeks later I got the keys. Need I say more! My gratitude exceeds words. And just for the record... it wasn't easy for him, but he made it happen.

Het contact verliep heel fijn, we zijn goed geholpen! Wij zijn zeer tevreden, en zouden deze makelaar zeker aanraden !

Fijne communicatie en uitleg gang van zaken. Flexibel in afspreken en afhandelen koopovereenkomst. Deskundig en helpt bij advies naar financieel adviseur en bouwkundige inspectie.

Er was een prettig en gemakkelijk contact met Mark, heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Hij was goede onderhandelaar in het aankoopproces.
