Paul took his time to look over our house and understand all the features, and he quickly came up with a sale price and estimated it would sell within 2 weeks, and he was 100% spot on! He gives realistic advice, keeps up with all the market trends and goes over and above when it comes to presenting our home to other people. He is attentive throughout the whole sale process, making sure that everyone is happy on both sides. We have used Ideler 4 times now, once to buy and sell an apartment and then to buy and sell our house. If they would be active as far north that we bought our third place then we would have used them again!
