I live abroad and I had to sell my property in The Netherlands. Mrs Daniëlle Peet was super available since the very beginning. We talked over the phone or through whtasapp, and she explained to me all the process, prices and timing in a very clear manner, and she proposed a good asking price considering the market, and a clever selling strategy. I had no surprises at the end. During the process we had a the first negotiation where something went wrong but she didn't give up not even for a minute and after few days we had already a second offer in and we accepted that. Between the signature of the voorlopig koopcontract and the final deed, she even went to the house by herself to make sure that everything was alright (since I leave abroad and for me that was not possible): that was her own initiative which I really appreciated. Overall I had a very good experience with Mrs Daniëlle Peet and with De Leeuw. Highly recommended.
