Monique from Bakker&Steffen was supporting me throughout the search and purchase process. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Monique and her team and what an amazing service they provided to me. First of all, Monique regularly provided me with an overview of apartments that I could find interesting. Second, she went with me to view every single apartment. She has such an experienced and sharp eye that she could immediately detect issues in the apartments that we viewed that I could not notice. She also always advised me on whether the price of the apartments were fair. Third, Monique knows very well other brokers and this was very helpful during the search process. Finally, when we found the apartment that I bought, she supported me throughout the process, made sure that I buy the apartment for a fair price, as well as recommended me a very good valuator. As an expat, I had many questions, and Monique always provided me very clear answers and explanations. What is important for me is that I could see how much Monique is enjoying her job and that she genuinely wants to help me. Even now, after I bought the apartment, I still ask some questions to Monique related to the renovation rules, and she is always there for me. I am also very grateful to her colleagues Ruud and Jannie who helped during the contract signing process.
