This year I started searching for a first home for myself. Given the inexperience of such big purchase, I have consulted my friend who has bought properties before. During a few times of house viewings together, I found him been very detailed on checking the houses/apartments which to me is trustworthy. With the current housing market, I managed to get the property slightly under the asking price.
