There were too many things to take care of while purchasing an house, Arjan was able to use his expertise and experience to do the research and negotiate a favourable price, below the asking price even in a starter home segment which has been competitive. On starting the collaboration knowing what kind of house I wanted, Arjan moved fast and kept me updated/discussed all the ways we could proceed. He provided assistance through out the process and made sure to check in/help at all the intermediate steps (Valuation, Mortgage and Notary).
