Max Noordijk and his colleagues were very helpful during this process and they helped us as soon as possible when we need it. He was also so patient with us since we were having hard time giving decisions. I really appreciate the help!

Blauwe Eik makelarij waren zeer betrokken bij onze zoektocht. Wij zijn goed begeleid tijdens het hele zoek-proces. Met vragen konden we altijd bij hen terecht en alle medewerkers wisten wie we waren en wat we dus zochten. We kijken met een goed gevoel terug naar dit aankoopproces.

I worked with Max from Blauwe Eik. My experience was superb 10/10!!. Max is always responsive and answers all the questions. He has great knowledge on the real estate market in Utrecht and understands the wishes/requirements very well. His guidance is very clear, and would stop you from spending too much money as well. Many brokers would push you to follow their way of working ( all in for every bid or not showing up to the viewings at all) and would try to get rid of you asap. Max however is very patient and does his best to meet your expextations. Without Max and Blauwe Eik, I would not be able to purchase my property in such a smooth and hassle free way. Erg goed geholpen door Max! Met als resultaat een heel fijn huis! Wij vonden het jammer dat het Max niet altijd lukte om mee te gaan naar de bezichtigingen, maar verder heel tevreden met Max en Blauwe Eik. Pluspunt is dat Max toegewijd is om je niet te veel te laten betalen voor een huis.
