I found the makelaar through Funda. They are quite expert in the makelaar work. Process: They used to email me the daily listings. I used to plan the viewings and then view it myself. Good points 1. The good point is they know their job well 2. They also connected me to the mortgage advisor, notary and all other parties involved. Areas to Improve The area in which they can improve is to guide the buyer in detail about the whole process and sometimes I didn't receive the call back and had to call myself. Overall, it was a nice experience with them
