**BATHROOM**

**LIVING ROOM**
The living room on this second floor also features a new window frame with HR++ glazing. The air conditioning system with heating function is very comfortable. The studio is “gas-free” and has an energy label A! The solar panels provide more than enough power! This living room also has a nice shelf unit. There is plenty of space to arrange the room as you like, making it immediately a cozy space!
**KITCHEN**
What a lovely kitchen! The kitchen layout is a wall-mounted setup and has both upper and lower cabinets, providing ample storage space. Very convenient is the large, electric boiler that immediately provides hot water, both in the kitchen and the shower. A window ensures plenty of light.
**BATHROOM**

**TOILET ROOM**
Here too is a separate toilet room with the same look as that of the studio on the first floor.
**BEDROOM**
