A hedgehog in the backyard and many different bird species, from robin and jay to swans and ducks with chicks in the water behind the house and recently a kingfisher on the deck. We had birds in our nest box every year and when it snowed, the children could go sledding from 'the mountain' several times. We really enjoyed living here.”
