Description
We don't really like the phrase 'great opportunity', but we've got our hands on one here. Through our network we can offer this house which is outside our usual catchment area, but what a nice house. Available for a rental period from July 2024 for a period of 12 months, we offer this semi-detached house with beautiful front and back garden and private driveway. Location on the edge of Uitgeest, many facilities within a short walking/cycling distance, such as the center and the station of Uitgeest, where the supermarket is also located. Haarlem can be reached within a very short (car) distance (International school ISH can even be reached by bus in a direct line). Uitgeest is a relatively small cozy village but excels in recreational facilities: large outdoor pool, several lakes with associated beach, many sports clubs, ice rink (in winter) and is located near the coast, Beach of Castricum.
Ground floor: Next to the beautiful front garden, through the driveway with carport where there is room to park the car (possibly even two) you enter the house. Of course you can also enter the garage as an extension of this driveway, this garage in turn also gives access to the house (utility room) and the backyard. Personally, we always prefer to enter homes through this 'friends and/or family entrance', because then the barbecue is often already on or a delicious apple pie has been baked (Apple tree in the garden, of course 'check'). Anyway, back to the official entrance, central hall which gives access to a toilet, staircase to the floors and you enter the living room via this road. The bright living/sitting room with a gas fireplace and a beautiful view of the front garden, situated at the front of the house, flows into the cozy and spacious kitchen-cum-living room at the rear of the house, open kitchen with built-in appliances and the previously indicated utility room where the washing machine and dryer can be set up. The kitchen diner, together with the garage, gives access to the backyard, from the kitchen diner through French doors. Now the proverbial 'monkey comes out of the sleeve', we actually get far too few homes available in Haarlem with such a nice backyard, everything is right! Beautiful veranda, trampoline for the kids, nice and large picnic table to eat at the end of the day in the evening sun………….. view the photos, delicious. And last but not least of course a garage, ideal for bicycles, there is room enough for an extra refrigerator, and there are already wall racks where it is ideal for storage.
First floor: Central landing which gives access to two spacious bedrooms located over the entire width of the house, a separate second toilet and a modern bathroom. The 'master bedroom' is located at the front and the room at the rear is ideal for a student or children with many toys. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin and was completely renovated not long ago.
Second floor: Again a central landing, this provides access to two attic rooms, of which the room at the front has a closet. There is still plenty of storage space available behind the knee bulkheads.
Particularities:
- In addition to the monthly rent, the tenant must take care of the costs of gas, electricity, water, TV/Internet and municipal taxes
- Just a little nicer energy bill since there are solar panels for generating electricity
