The House
The front door of the house is located on the side and is accessible from the front via the (shared) bridge. All rooms on the ground floor are accessible from the hall, with the living room at the front. This one is very spacious and equipped with two large windows and an authentic wood-burning stove. Towards the rear of the house, you have the bathroom. Simply furnished with a shower, sink and bath. Next to the bathroom is a separate guest toilet. There is no practical storage cupboard accessible from the landing. The central heating boiler is also located here. This was installed in 2011 (Intergas).
Garden
The house has a cozy front garden and a spacious backyard that can be decorated to the needs of a new owner. The house is adjacent to a beautiful terrace from which there is a beautiful unobstructed view of the 'hoge dijk'. The size of the backyard offers the possibility to park several cars. Aalsmeer
Aalsmeer is a wonderful village to live in. Lots of greenery, a village character but still in the middle of the Randstad and a short distance from the major cities: The center of Amsterdam can be reached by car in the foreseeable future and it is even doable by bike. The route through the Amsterdamse Bos is surprisingly fun. The Zuidas is a short distance away and public transport is well organised. Aalsmeer-Oost and the adjacent Nieuw Oosteinde district are adjacent to Amstelveen. The Amsterdamse Bos is just around the corner for recreation, but there is also plenty to do in Aalsmeer itself, within cycling distance. Just take the unique nature and recreation area of the Westeinderplassen with catering establishments, the Westeinder beach and a variety of marinas.
