The waiting time for a parking permit takes approximately 4 months and costs € 186.29 per six months. This allows you to park in a large part of De Pijp. With an electric car you can get priority if you meet the conditions. You may park in the areas South 3 and South 4.
You have access to the central entrance door to the upper floors via a stately blue stone staircase.
3rd FLOOR
From the landing on the 3rd floor you enter the living room with open kitchen. The size of the living room and the abundance of light through the windows in the front facade are immediately noticeable.
