A word from the current owner:
When I saw this apartment it was love at first sight. I fell in love with the big bright living room and dining room area and the nice open view from the windows. I enjoy living there a lot. The neighbourhood is quiet, especially on the side of the bedroom facing a nice open park. Yet the city centre is very nearby! Everything I need is around the corner: fruits and vegetable shops, bakery, cheese shop, AH, tram stop and Sloterdijk station less than 10min by bike. I have a good connection with some neighbours: the older lady upstairs is very sweet, offering me tea and cookies! Having 2 bedrooms and a walk in closet is amazing. The open kitchen looks great and is very convenient: using induction is addictive, I cannot go back to gas.
Location and surrounding area:
The property is situated in a quiet and friendly street in the Bos en Lommer area; a pleasant neighbourhood. The property is within walking distance of the recently rejuvenated Bos en Lommerplein, where you can find a variety of shops for your daily shopping, including Albert Heijn and Vomar supermarkets, Hema and Kruidvat.
