Layout:
Ground floor:
In the spacious, bright hall with neat laminate flooring, you have access to the meter cupboard, the toilet, the bathroom and the kitchen. The window frames at the front are, like the front door, recently replaced by synthetic ones with HR++ glass. In the kitchen you will find the entrance door to the spacious living room and the adjoining office space, which can be used for homework. It is also possible to create a separate entrance to the office space, so that it can serve as a separate practice area.
The L-shaped living room is equipped with a neat laminate floor and the stretch ceiling is equipped with recessed spotlights. A cozy built-in gas fireplace is central to the seating area at the front of the house. With windows on two sides, it is very light here. The windows at the rear of the living room overlook the veranda and the garden.
Behind the living room is a space that currently serves as a study. Above the ceiling is extra storage space. This space is also perfect to set up as a bedroom on the ground floor, there can be fully ground floor living.
The U-shaped kitchen extends into the adjoining conservatory. The granite worktop with back wall give the kitchen extra cachet. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances including an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric hob with extractor fan.
Across the entire width of the living room and kitchen is a conservatory placed (1997) of 10.5 x 3.10 m. Here is room for a large living table overlooking the garden. The large sliding doors ensure that in the summer you can easily bring the outdoors inside. The plastic roof lets the light through and is equipped with a sunshade on the outside. Kitchen and conservatory are equipped with underfloor heating.
From the conservatory you have access to the garage. In the garage hangs the boiler (Remeha Avanta combi boiler from 2010). You will also find the connection for washer and dryer.
As mentioned earlier, the bathroom is located on the front of the house on the ground floor and is accessible through the hall. The stylish bathroom was recently renovated and equipped with a second toilet, double sink, shower and towel radiator.
First floor:
Via the open wooden staircase in the hall you reach the first floor. The landing gives access to four bedrooms. The largest bedroom has built-in closets and the floor is covered with parquet flooring as well as the landing and the second bedroom.
In 2004 a large dormer was installed at the front and rear. During this renovation the former loft was closed and a fourth bedroom was created here. The third bedroom is spacious and also here are fitted wardrobes.
Garden:
Both the front and back are nice and spacious in proportion to the house. The front garden has a spacious driveway with room for at least three cars. The backyard is north facing and low maintenance. The robot mower ensures that the lawn is neatly maintained and the roof in the backyard provides the necessary shade on sunny days. There is also a detached wooden shed in the garden.
