Ground Floor
Behind a large front garden is the front door. You enter into a hallway. On the left is the door to the living room.
The living room is in total about 10 meters deep!
There is a travertine floor (natural stone), a beautiful ceiling and a staircase closet containing the meter cupboard. At the end is the open kitchen. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, range hood, oven and granite countertop. There are French doors to the garden.
On the right side is the new bathroom (from 2023). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass door, a floating toilet, a sink with cabinet and the connections for a washer and dryer.
Garden
The garden at the back has a depth of about 6 meters. The garden is fully paved and has a back entrance.
Second floor
The staircase in the hall on the first floor leads to the landing of the second floor. The landing has laminate flooring and a stair closet with shelves.
There are two bedrooms on the floor. Both have laminate flooring and both are large enough for a double bed.

Through the staircase on the second floor landing you get to the attic room of the second floor.
The attic room has a dormer window at the back. The room is just under 2 meters high (1.96 m) and is therefore no GBO (useful area) Living but GBO other indoor space. It is a large room with laminate flooring and more than enough room for a double bed.
