Altijd korte lijntjes. Dat is plezierig voor het gehele proces. Makelaar Punt doet, wat beloofd wordt en is ter zake kundig.

Tot nu toe in totaal vier huizen via Punt verkocht en aangekocht, en in al deze trajecten was het fijn om goede begeleiding en een nuchtere blik op de markt te hebben. Zowel bij de koop als verkoop hebben Tommie en zijn collega's ons goed en zonder poespas geholpen om het proces voor alle partijen snel en prettig te laten verlopen. Het mag wat kosten, maar dat betaalt zich dubbel en dwars terug in gemoedsrust en resultaat.

Erg goed geholpen door makelaar Sam. De verkoop liep voorspoedig en het contact was prettig. Ik zou zeker nogmaals gebruik maken van de diensten van Punt.
