We are the oldest office in the Western Mining Region, with an incredibly valuable archive, decades of experience and an approach that has now become a known standard.     Heykens had ons al eerder geholpen met het verkopen van ons ouderlijk huis, dit was een uiterst positieve ervaring voor ons. Toen we dan ook ons oog hadden laten vallen op een huis hebben we meteen geschakeld naar Heykens zodat ze ons konden begeleiden bij het hele proces. Ook dit ging naar volledige tevredenheid en we kunnen Heykens dan ook aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ze zijn bekend in de regio, hebben goede contacten, korte en directe lijnen qua communicatie en zetten zich volledig in om aan al je wensen te voldoen en vragen te beanwtoorden.     Het contact met onze makelaar was heel fijn en vol begrip. Mijn ouders zijn al behoorlijk op leeftijd en hielden daar ook enorm veel rekening mee. Ze reageerde adequaat. Bij de eerste koper ging het helaas mis maar al snel werd er verder goed gehandeld. Denk wel dat je dit had kunnen vermijden door beiden kopers te laten kijken en beslissen. Dat werd op het laatste moment toch nog besloten en voor ons was het dus een verrassing dat de koop niet doorging. Verder is de verkoop heel goed en snel verlopen.
